Shipping policy

Free shipping and returns within the UK. International charges apply at checkout.

Orders will be shipped 1 - 2 business days after purchase.

Fitnesse Bottles provide the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

Fitnesse Bottles are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Fitnesse Bottles are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. 

Fitnesse Bottles will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, or for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

Fitnesse Bottles recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Fitnesse Bottles are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Undelivered packages - If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs
